Completed - We have successfully updated our OCPP handler now. We continue monitoring but the maintanancenow done.

In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - We will be updating our OCPP handler to fix the problems regarding socket statuses. Additionally the update will handle situations where a single charger establishes multiple websocket connections simultaneously better.

Some chargers will disconnect but should reconnect immediately.

Resolved - We experienced a significant disconnect of chargers on our OCPP endpoint, which led to all chargers automatically reconnecting shortly after the event; our investigation identified a system bottleneck as the root cause, and we implemented load-balancing measures to bypass the issue while actively working on a permanent fix—this incident is now resolved, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to enhance system resilience and prevent future occurrences.
